In a world of more, more, more... know when to choose MORE, and when to choose LESS.
The lists could go on. These are my "biggest bang for your buck" tips and resources, for cleaner living. 

Choose MORE: ​Healthy practices
  • Gratitude
  • Sleep
  • Laughter
  • Water (filtered, clean)
  • Nostril breathing (nose vs. mouth breathing)​

Choose LESS: EMF exposure
  • Turn off wi-fi at night, while sleeping.
  • Turn off or remove cell phones and other devices from your sleeping area. 
  • Remove power strips from behind the head of your bed.
  • Use a landline phone versus a cordless phone in your home (yes, they still exist.)
  • Use a cell phone headset, or use the speaker phone.

Choose LESS: Chemical exposure
  • Use non-toxic cleaning/laundry products. (I use Melaleuca.)
  • Use non-toxic beauty products. (I use 100% pure and RMS Beauty.) 
  • Use non-toxic carpet cleaning supplies/services.
  • Use low-VOC paint and other taping/building products. (I use Natura paint by Benjamin Moore)
  • Eat fresh, whole foods, or processed products with less than five ingredients, as much as possible.​​
