Before becoming a coach, I was a client. Still am. And so I know the courage it may take, to invite front row company and support on this creating-healthy-habits-because-I-want-more-for-my-life journey. It is a true honor.
Integrity. The single and greatest criteria, to me, as your coach - to offer what is genuinely in your best interest. Period. The integrity and scope, of this wellness program - fully dovetail my own. I do not take health for granted. Believe me when I say, "I have given this a lot of thought."
