I'm glad you're here. 

We are alike you and me.  How do I know?  Because you are here - with a desire for a more intentional life. ​​It may be a whisper, or an all-out storm. But it's there. Nudging. Forward.

For five years, I got to help clients reach a desired health goal.  And I loved it! ​

​Then one day, it all came to a stop.  Abruptly.  Unbeknownst to me, I had a toxic brain injury and became hypersensitive to electro-magnetic fields, chemicals, foods and more. My diet whittled down ​to three foods. I was unable to be around or use a phone, computer, hair dryer, microwave, cleaning products, vacuum (that's not all bad), perfumes, hair dye, etc.  For three years. 

By the grace of God and some brilliant, dedicated, progressive minds -- just shy of two years
​using a neuroplasticity-based, brain re-wiring program -- I am FULLY recovered!!! 

Though I would not wish it on anyone - I would not be who and where I am today - immensely grateful, deeply inspired and uniquely positioned to help others, were it not for this experience. ​
