Had to really think about this -- does it still fit with what I now know. you can believe I am very passionate about health - physical, mental, emotional - all of it. optimal life - not the same person - have to be able to fit the round circle into my square peg, not other way around. I get to bring myself to it, four corners so to -- speak.
tools - mind - learn -- you get to decide where to start, learning habits, doesn't matter really, all re-wires the brain in a positive direction and has a compounding effect - key is way in what you do it, positive, gentle - just pick one -- what area of life drains you? what fills you up, what drains you? No perfect place, just start.
products - body - do -- clean, nutritious, serves as a transitional tool - 3:3, too much perfection can become fear-based... body important, vehicle for your life experiences - focus on habits again - if weight loss is what you are after - do not believe in weight goals or weigh ins. Habits. Lived abroad once, no scale, lost 45 pounds without even knowing it.
coaching - spirit - live -- self care fund - honestly, this is the key for me in my decision, if I wanted to create my own wheel - could I offer tools, products?? but this -- put back into yourself, stay in front of it, surround yourself with it -- we are salmon swimming upstream -- few will want to make a career of it, which is great, but not where you start -

- Look at whole life, paint a picture, know where you are headed.
- Trust what habits you are most ready to create.
- Take small, consistent daily steps.
