"Soul Food." Unplugged. is three things:  1) Guided breathing techniques to calm the mind and body.
2) Discussion about what it honestly takes to reach and maintain a healthy weight - and be free of dieting.
3) Restorative, resting yoga poses to fully relax and recharge (no yoga experience needed.)
