Five years ago, had you taken this step - I would have been thrilled to tell you about a great food plan - with phenomenal learning tools and support. The same program which helped me lose 47 pounds after 27 years of trying... and taught me how to keep it off.

And it would have all been true. But I have since coached close to 300 people on that same journey - to not only lose weight, but to be DONE dieting - and here is the truth, in normal-size print:  Few people succeed, to that degree, using solely those tools.  Few.

Here is what I now know:  There are six keys to success. The person who succeeds with
ease has all six.  The person who perseveres, has the top three (that was me) and develops the rest. The person who remains frustrated, does not. The first three are deal breakers.
If you have 1-3, or are willing to be inspired, you are in the right spot.

Below are your KEYS TO SUCCESS...

1. You want more for your health and life - and you feel some urgency.
2. You are coachable; able to honestly self evaluate and willing to learn.
3. Your significant other (if that's the case) is engaged and wants more too.

4. Your habit is to plan ahead.
5. Other areas are pretty solid: finances, career, relationships, self...
6. You are able to put yourself (and your health) first.

I have never experienced a completely shame-free zone from any other weight loss coach, dietitian, physician, personal trainer or natural health practitioner... this matters more than anything else. Though I'm also in love with the whole approach and products.                                                                                                                                                                                  Hope S.

What keeps you awake at night?
What problem do I solve?

The answer to both boils down to what inspires me most about this role:  the privilege of a front-row seat, as someone becomes more of the person they want to become.

Generally, that is not what you ask for though. You ask to be healthy. You ask to feel better, more confident in your body. You ask for a more organized plan. One that works... You ask because you want hope. You want support. You want a life where you are naturally healthy. Where you no longer have to diet. And you want your children to be healthy. To not inherit your struggle. For all these reasons you are here... willing to try.  Again.

Here's the catch... When you envision "more" for your life, your dream is not to be skinny, broke and bored.  And when we uncover your triggers they are bigger than pizza, chips and sweets. You are not the problem here.

It's just that weight loss, in any form, is about the size you want
to become, not the person. And so it misses the mark.

We fix that.  Your weight.  Your body as a whole.  Your life.  Your finances. They are ALL your health. They ALL intersect with your dreams and your habits. They each affect the other.

How would a healthier body and finances ease your life?  And so we get intentional about it ALL.
It must be rocket science, as I've never seen it done. But think about it. Food and money are two sides of one coin. Short-term gratification versus long-term goals. Consumption to fill a hole that never gets full.  Access at every drive-up window and credit card offer.  Powerful marketing galore.  Both necessities we cannot avoid.  Both, when aligned with an intentional life direction, offer the capacity to - not solely - but profoundly benefit our lives.

Fortunately, they get addressed the same way too. How convenient is that? We look at where you are now and where you want to be. We anticipate obvious triggers, explore
what energizes you and discuss how to surround yourself with inspiration, long term.

Once these foundational "bookends" are in place we go to work. With a food plan. With a money plan. With a what-else-will-bring-me-satisfaction-in-life plan.  We align your priorities and habits, with the person you want to become.  And along the way we celebrate wins, strategize new situations, learn from detours - and show gratitude for the ride.

One workshop.  Two hours.  Three results:
Hope.  Focus.  Motivation.

  • Understand all the external influences at play - and how to take back your life.

  • Free yourself from the "I know what I need to do, I just need to do it" land of limbo, frustration and blame.

  • Get clear about what will motivate you to create a healthy life. And make it stick.
Note: motivation is not something you wait for to hit (or return.) There is actually
a science behind it - and a skill you can master.

  • Learn how a plateau is a sign of progress. (This was a game-changer for me.)

  • Build on rock, not sand! The right foundation, resources and support matter... a lot.
Discover your ideal next step, based on your goal, desired pace and Keys to Success.
If the voice in your head says you don't have time to show up,
which is really code for "I don't know if I can do it."

Tell your comfort zone to TAKE A HIKE.

I'm fairly easy to track down. Have a question? Please ask.

Or, just ask me at the workshop.
