1) Well-Being Evaluation  Take a few minutes to complete this "Well-Being Evaluation."  It will automatically be sent to me
by email and serves as a great initial benchmark. 

2) Facebook  
Follow me on Facebook @  Facebook.com/OptimalLife.  Also, I will invite you as a FB "friend" if we are not already,
and send an invite to my Private Client FB Group.

3) Kitchen Scale  The only thing I really recommend you purchase prior to when you start the food plan portion of the program, is a
small kitchen food scale. This is more important than a bathroom scale! (I love my Taylor brand scale from Target.)

Optimal Life_Group Call
For SEASONED clients who consistently navigate the food plan with ease - and are ready for more.
 Focus is on how to push through plateaus, the definition of health beyond the scale - and how we pursue and enjoy a "naturally healthy life."  

Individual Coaching Support

For times when a situation feels more private or complex and an
individual 15-minute call is preferred. 

Another option is to schedule a one-hour Strategy Session here.
